The Utilities Board of the City of Opp provides Sewage and Water services to over 4,000 customers in the City of Opp and currently has 5 water storage tanks with total capacity of 1.65 million gallons and 6 water wells with total capacity of 2,816 gallons per minute. An average residential consumption is 5,500 gallons per month.
